Eligibility for Returns
You may return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase for the following reasons:

  • The item was received damaged or defective.
  • You are not entirely satisfied with the product.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@lumore.co.za to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide details of your purchase and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective item, we will process the exchange at no additional cost once the return is approved.
