Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on all orders of R500 or more.
- For orders below R500, a standard shipping fee will apply. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timeframes vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays may impact these timeframes. In most cases 1 - 3 days.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
